Your satisfaction is our destination! We gladly accept returns on all eligible products within 7 days of receiving your original order. If it has evident manufacturing defect, please contact with our customer service in time. Once it is verified, we will issue a refund, or you can choose to exchange the item for a different size / color, if preferred.

7 Days Return Warranty

1) Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description.

2) Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3) Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

4) Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package

5) After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

How to wash
Optimal wash frequency:once every two weeks

• WASHING
1 Before wash, comb the hair smooth by hand.
2 Soak into warm water(40 C/104 )and gently wash the hair by hand with diluted proper shampoo
3 Gently rinse along the direction of the hair curvature with the water till to be clean.
4 Press gently with dry towel to dry the water.
5 Maintain the curls smooth, air dry and avoid of direct sunlight.
Warm Tips:
1 Please gently wash, do not twist or rub the hair in water to avoid tangle
2 Comb is not suitable for curly hair.
3 After a period of time, please spray a little hair oil and then carefully separate in case of tangle

I ordered this in dark red-golden blonde. It is a beautiful color. Kind of a little darker than strawberry blonde. This is one of my favorite wigs so far! Not too curly, but lose, big curls.

Love the beachy waves, the length and the feel of the hair and it’s a light comfortable wig to wear. The shine is the only thing that I have to try to remedy a bit.

Great color and style, lace front a bit itchy at first. I love how it moves and my family all said it looks like my natural hair, which I just lost to chemo. Not too shiny and nice bouncy waves/curls. The Mila was great right out of the box and I love the bigger mono area so I can part it how I want. I kept glancing at my reflection around the mall today and felt really pretty in it!

This wig looks exactly like the pics!!!! It is lovely and looks extremely natural. I was afraid that combing the curls would ruin them but I have worn it for weeks and it looks as good as it did when I received it.

This wig is my go to, the one that always saves me when nothing else I try seems to work. Use a wide tooth comb and you may want to thin the top just a tad. The new California blondes are gorgeous!

Mila has beautiful curls and it is a great length. Jon Renau caps are so comfortable. I just wish Jonn Renau made more dynamic darker brown shades without so much red highlighting.

Perfect for me in that it has a very mod young looking appearance that I can spike up the bangs and looks completely real. It also doesn’t have an abundance of hair on it like some others. It may not fit one with a larger head. Only drawback is that cap barely makes it to above ears so if u have longer hair it might pop out on sides. I have thin shorter hair and if some hair pops out it just blends in. I hope they make some more in same shoter style which can be easily spiked up maybe even more than this one in the lace cap rooted style.

When I wear her I hardly have to fuss at all, except maybe a few more flyaway hairs than some of my other wigs. She was also my first JR wig in 12FS8 and I adore the color!!
I wish they made Mila in a true hand tied cap. I thought Julianne might be her sister, but Julianne is a big not mess for me even though I LOVE her cap and the fibers are so soft
