Your satisfaction is our destination! We gladly accept returns on all eligible products within 7 days of receiving your original order. If it has evident manufacturing defect, please contact with our customer service in time. Once it is verified, we will issue a refund, or you can choose to exchange the item for a different size / color, if preferred.

7 Days Return Warranty

1) Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description.

2) Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3) Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

4) Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package

5) After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

How to wash
Optimal wash frequency:once every two weeks

• WASHING
1 Before wash, comb the hair smooth by hand.
2 Soak into warm water(40 C/104 )and gently wash the hair by hand with diluted proper shampoo
3 Gently rinse along the direction of the hair curvature with the water till to be clean.
4 Press gently with dry towel to dry the water.
5 Maintain the curls smooth, air dry and avoid of direct sunlight.
Warm Tips:
1 Please gently wash, do not twist or rub the hair in water to avoid tangle
2 Comb is not suitable for curly hair.
3 After a period of time, please spray a little hair oil and then carefully separate in case of tangle

My daughter has trichotillomania and this wig was a godsend for her. It was so confusing when we went to buy a wig. We went to a wig shop but it was not a very good experience. My fault though for not doing my research beforehand. This wig was actually much nicer and definitely ALOT more reasonably priced. Highly recommend this brand. She has since gotten a custom made wig but we still use this one too.

For the money this wig is great! I had to cut the bangs which is good because people like to wear them different ways. I am having chemo soon so I don’t know how comfortable it will be when my head is bald. Right now it stays on securely. I like the fake scalp showing where the hair parts in the middle. Ir makes it look more realistic! Nice touch!

Right out of the box this wig was amazing. Its so soft and extremely realistic. I had to trim the bangs, but i didn’t mind at all. There is a tiny bit of shedding, but that was to be expected. Im so happy with this wig! I cut out the front clip because it was hurting my head (probably due to the fact that i dont have hair) but other than that im extremely impressed and satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this wig!! It’s simply beautiful. And you cant beat the price for this quality.
