Your satisfaction is our destination! We gladly accept returns on all eligible products within 7 days of receiving your original order. If it has evident manufacturing defect, please contact with our customer service in time. Once it is verified, we will issue a refund, or you can choose to exchange the item for a different size / color, if preferred.

7 Days Return Warranty

1) Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description.

2) Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3) Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

4) Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package

5) After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

How to wash
Optimal wash frequency:once every two weeks

• WASHING
1 Before wash, comb the hair smooth by hand.
2 Soak into warm water(40 C/104 )and gently wash the hair by hand with diluted proper shampoo
3 Gently rinse along the direction of the hair curvature with the water till to be clean.
4 Press gently with dry towel to dry the water.
5 Maintain the curls smooth, air dry and avoid of direct sunlight.
Warm Tips:
1 Please gently wash, do not twist or rub the hair in water to avoid tangle
2 Comb is not suitable for curly hair.
3 After a period of time, please spray a little hair oil and then carefully separate in case of tangle

I am 65 and I feel fabulous in this wig! It definitely takes 10 years off my face. (If you saw my bio hair you’d understand). I wish I started wearing wigs 40 years ago so I could have had fabulous hair longer. I always thought I was stuck with crummy hair and I just had to live with it. But ladies you don’t! This is a great price & a great way to start. I trimmed the bangs slightly, pulled a few hairs to make the part more natural looking, but otherwise this is how it comes. Love this wig!!! (Photos in both Ombr Brown to Blonde and I loved it so much I bought it in Ombr Blonde too)

I’ve never needed a wig before and quite frankly have – had no idea what I’m doing. I had to shave my head due to medical circumstances and bought several wigs. THIS WIG! Oh my gosh, straight out of the box this is what it looks like. I feel like a human being again! I know I need to learn how to trim and wash and style etc… However, I’m excited to to learn now that I found something so wonderful!

This is my first experience with a wig. I did a bunch of research and this wig (obviously) was highly recommended.
Pros: The hair is beautiful. No plasticy shine. It’s very full. The curtain bangs help it look more natural.
Cons: she’s uncomfortable af. It’s a full cap so by the end of the night I was ready to rip it off. The tightening mechanism did not stay and It tangles extremely easily.
Like I said, I’m a beginner so the cons could just be my naivety. Great for a confidence boost though!

This is actually a pretty decent wig for the price. I cut the bangs and length, if you don’t like bangs don’t buy this wig.. the color is very natural looking and it feels and looks great after spraying it with dry shampoo to remove a little of the shine.

I am a first time wig buyer due to Covid Hair Loss. I bought this wig to practice on more than anything. The color is a bit dark for me, I’m a blonde but this does have lighter blonde at the bottom with a darker root. The bangs took some training but with a little water and some clips to hold them back, they did just fine. I did straighten this wig. The part is very believable. I took some outdoor pictures to show the beautiful colors in this wig. As a first time wig buyer and someone who is struggling with figuring out what color wig to buy, I know how important this is for me so i tried to provide you with multiple pictures to compare. For the money, you really cannot go wrong with purchasing this wig.

I absolutely fell in love with this little diamond. She fit like a Gove and u felt so pretty in the soft silky and flowing strands of hair. I was also able to convince 4 of my wig wearing friends to buy her. All completely satisfied. I would buy her again

Oh my gosh! Instant Diva!! My first wig from Amazon and I was blown away. So natural looking truly. Fit so well and I did sew the little clip you see in the photo to make it alittle more secure. I put a low ponytail in back on my bio hair to help hold the back tight and securely. For the money this you can’t go wrong I promise you. You have to try this I have 2 blonde shades now and LOVE them. Try this beauty you will so glad you did.

I have severe Alopecia Areata, and over the past five years, I have purchased more wigs than I can even recall off the top of my head… I own synthetic and human hair wigs, which I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on, but THIS unit just blew even my most expensive human hair purchase out of the water. Seriously. I am going to immediately order a massive supply of back-ups, and sincerely pray that they NEVER stop making them! (Please, please, HAIRCUBE, don’t stop making them…)

If anyone is on the fence about placing an order, I can assure you, this is a purchase you will not regret. All I had to do was razor my bangs, frame my face, pluck the part the tiniest bit, and I was beyond good-to-go. (Compared to the work I have had to do with literally every other wig, this was the breeziest of breezes.) Aside from that, the hair itself is very silky and soft, shiny in a very natural way, and the color is gorgeous.

Honestly, I have many wigs and saw the hype on the haircube wigs and was sceptical. However, my doubts have been proved wrong. The wig for the money is fabulous, good quality and the cap fits very well. Unsure about the longevity of the hair as I have only just got it. The hair fibres are very soft. The parting is quite close but with some work, it will look good. All in all, very pleasantly surprised.

This is without a doubt the best way you can get on Amazon at this price point. I have short brown thin hair and people who have seen me in this just say “wow I love your hair it’s grown so much and you dyed it blonde!” granted I live in the Midwest where no one would ever suspect a white woman of wearing a wig. But my gosh! I had other synthetic wigs at this length and they tangle like crazy. This one can tangle up but it brushes out beautifully with a looped wig brush. I’m so shocked at this wig, and I really did my research to try and pick the best possible synth. If you’re just starting out with wigs or if you just need a regular wig to purchase every couple months this is IT

I’m an avid wig wearer and this wig is fantastic! I shredded up the bangs with my razor to make them nice and short and a generous amount of hairspray to the crown to flatten it out. Oh and I ran my flat iron through it (at 300) to calm down the flippyness. The color is beautiful and the texture is on frickin point. It’s not shiny and it doesn’t tangle to badly. Nice and thick but not to thick that is hard to style. Length is perfect too. A really good every day wig. I’m getting 70s vibes with my big circle glasses and flippy bangs.. I love it

Lost most of my hair due to illness and was able to cut this close to my old style, I am very pleased with this wig for the price. I did put curlers in it, along with a blow dryer on low heat to train it the way my hair would go, let it sit over night and came out perfect. I do wish they would make this wig with silver grey roots :-) After many medical issues it was nice to find a wig I could afford.

The wig is beautiful it’s soft and thick, its the right color. the only problem is the size of the wig cap. it’s just too big for my head. I use the straps to tighten it but then it’s bulky. if I could just order a petite size cap in one of these wigs it would be so great and I know so much more comfortable to wear, but you can’t do that when you order the lower price wigs. I would like to pay somebody to fix it because I wouldn’t do it myself but again I’m ordering lower-priced wigs because I don’t have a whole lot of money. so that would be my one major request to be able to order them in smaller caps. Oh yea one more thing how do I style the bangs because when I wear it there just hanging down in front of my face and I can’t see anything and I don’t know what to do with them? otherwise it’s a beautiful wig for the price.
